Accommodation Booking

Booking at The Meadow Holiday Park, Holywell Bay.

If you would like to book at The Meadow, first please email/phone us to check availability. Please leave your name, the holiday unit, the applicable dates, and the number of people in your group. If the unit is available we can provisionally hold it for you for three postal days only.

Please note we only accept couples & families, no single/mixed sex groups. No under 21s.

All bookings with dogs must be confirmed by telephone/e-mail with us.

In order to book you need to read & accept our ‘Terms & Conditions of Rental’.

Please print off & complete our ‘Booking Form’, email it to us, we will then contact you by phone to take a deposit by Debit Card only or a Bank Transfer. Cheques for the deposit are also acceptable by arrangement. 

The deposit required is a third of total rental price. 

The remainder of the balance must be paid one month prior to booking.

Cheques are to be made payable as follows:

  • Caravans: Mr D.J.Humphrey
  • Bungalows and Chalets: Mr & Mrs D.J Humphrey

Your deposit is non-refundable, so we strongly recommend you take out your own holiday insurance at the time of booking.

  1. print off the booking form from our web site.
  2. fill the booking form in.
  3. take a photo of the booking form and email it back to us.
  4. cheques – please tell us so we can hold your accommodation for three postal days.
  5. once we have the booking form we will call you to take a card payment (debit cards only). Bank transfer we will send you our details.
