Seascape is one of the first accommodation chalets built in Holywell Bay village. It is a basic older style timber chalet of the 1940s and of character with external corrugated asbestos cladding (inspected by the council and it is safe).
Our chalets have the advantage of being a lot more spacious than a caravan.
Parking is next to the chalet.
Located 100m to the beach of Holywell Bay
Lounge
The lounge/diner is south facing and looks out into The Meadow Park. Three piece suite, TV, coffee table, dining table, four chairs plus two stools, bookcase. Electric heater.
Kitchen
The kitchen looks out to the back of the property. It has an electric cooker, fridge, electric kettle, microwave, and toaster, iron and ironing board. Vacuum cleaner.
The £1 electric meter is situated in the top cupboard next to the sink. It is set at just under the current price per unit by our supplier.
Bathroom
Bathroom has toilet, sink, shower cubical and heated towel rail.
Bedrooms(2)
Bedroom 1: looks out to the front into the site. Double bed, wardrobe, chest of drawers and electric heater.
Bedroom 2: looks out to the back. Two 3ft single beds, wardrobe, chest of drawers and electric heater.
Linen hire £20.00 per bed. Bath towels £3.00 each. Hand towels £2.00 each. Please add to your booking form.
General
Electric gate to enter/exit into The Meadow at Holywell Bay. Key pad code for the gate will provided on your arrival, or you can hire a key fob with a refundable bond of £30 on your departure.
Speed limit on site 5 mph. Please drive slowly and carefully on site as children are playing and running in and out of places all the time.
