This link detached bungalow is south facing. The lounge is 13ft x 10ft has a three piece suite, T.V. with D.V.D. coffee table. Double bedroom is 11ft x 10ft has a double bed, bedside cabinets and lights. Twin bedroom 10ft x 9 ft has two single 2ft 6in divan beds, wardrobe, bedside light and chest of drawers. The kitchen has a table and four chairs, fridge, electric cooker, microwave, electric kettle and toaster, iron and ironing board. The £1 electric meter is situated in the top cupboard next to the sink. The bathroom has a shower, sink with shaver point, toilet and heated towel rail. Water is heated by emersion, the switch is situated on the right hand wall inside the airing cupboards. Smoke alarm. Duvet and pillows for each bed but NO LINEN.
