ACCOMMODATION
Lounge
Sofa like fitted seating fitted by the windows. Separate fitted seating dinette area. Flat screen TV/DVD player. Coffee table, table lights. Smoke alarm and carbon monoxide detector.
Kitchen
The kitchen has a fridge freezer, gas hob/oven, electric kettle, toaster, microwave, iron and ironing board. Hot and cold water. Vacuum cleaner.
Bedrooms (3 bedrooms)
Bedroom 1: one double bed.
Bedroom 2: twin 2’6″ beds.
Bedroom 3: twin 2’3” beds.
All bedrooms have wardrobes and shelves, bedside cabinets. Electric panel heaters in all bedrooms.
Duvet and pillows are provided for each bed but NO LINEN.
Linen hire per bed £20. Bath towels £3.00. Hand towels £2.00. each. To order, please add onto the booking form as we have to order them in.
Bathroom (two toilets)
Shower cubical, sink, toilet, heated towel rail.
Second toilet room with sink.
Outside
Caravans at The Meadow Holywell Bay are well located, with just a 100m stroll Holywell Bay’s beach footpath.
The grounds are open plan, with a stream which borders the site flowing down to Holywell Bay beach.
Electric gate to enter/exit into The Meadow at Holywell Bay. Key pad code for the gate will be provided on arrival, or you can hire a key fob with a (£30 refundable bond).
Speed limit on site 5 mph. Please drive slowly and carefully on site as children are playing and running in and out of places all the time.
Parking next to the caravan, with rotary clothes line and picnic table for your use.
NO PETS ALLOWED IN THIS CARAVAN.
