A comfortable semi-detached bungalow adjoining Penmerric in Holywell Bay. It is approximately 300 metres from the beach.
Front lawn with sloped tarmac driveway to carport. The enclosed rear garden is on two levels with rotary clothes line, picnic bench and steps to lower level with second picnic bench.
Friday change overs are becoming more popular, with traffic jams entering or leaving Cornwall on a Saturday.
Out of peak season dates can be tailored to your needs, and days of arrival and departure varied.
ACCOMMODATION
Lounge (south facing)
Two piece suite, coffee table, electric heater, Smart TV (streaming services not provided) and DVD player. A selection of books, games and DVDs.
Since 2021, season there is a wood burner in the lounge. We don’t any supply logs. You can order them from us a bag of kiln dried logs (usually last for three evenings) fire lighters, matches and a small bag of stick for £20. If you wish to do this please email or add onto the booking form.
Bedrooms (2)
Bedroom 1 – king size bed, wardrobe, dressing table, bedside cabinets with table lights (and cot if needed), hairdryer and wall mounted TV at the foot of the bed.
Bedroom 2 – two 3′ single beds, wardrobe, and bedside cabinets with table lights.
Bathroom
Bath, separate shower, toilet, sink, shaver point and heated towel rail.
Kitchen
A compact kitchen with table and chairs for four people, washing machine, fridge, electric cooker, microwave, toaster, electric kettle, steam iron and ironing board.
General
Every room has an electric wall mounted heater. Water is heated by immersion, the switch is outside the bathroom on the wall. Vacuum cleaner.
Smoke alarm in the hallway.
Welcome Pack
- Tea, milk, cream & scones.
- The weekly local paper.
Included in the price as follows:
- Bedding/linen, beds are made up for the number of people booked.

- Bath & hand towels.

- Log burner starter pack, 3/4 logs, fire lighter and sticks. The fire will be laid and ready to light, only in the months from 1st October to 1st May.
