It is a comfortable detached bungalow is approximately 100 metres from Holywell Bay Beach.
There garden area is open plan to the site. South facing bungalow with level approach (prefabricated concrete). There is a sun porch/cloakroom. Entrance hall. You have your own rotary clothes
line and picnic bench.. Parking is outside the porch door on the side .
Electric gate to enter in and out of the site. Key pad with code for the gate will be given to you on your arrival or you can hire a key fob with a refundable bond of £20 on your departure.
Speed limit on site 5 mph.
Parking next to the back door with rotary clothes line and picnic table for you use.
LOUNGE
The lounge has a three piece suite, coffee table, table light, glazed bookcase, Flat screen T.V. and D.V.D. Books and a few d.v.ds.
KITCHEN
The L-shaped kitchen dining room has a built in electric cooker grill and hob, fridge, electric kettle and toaster, microwave, iron and ironing board. Dining table, six chairs and airing
cupboard. Vacuum cleaner.
Electric is by meter, which is situated inside the floor to ceiling cupboard next to the kitchen sink. (£1 coin) it is set at just under the current price per unit by our supplier.
BEDROOMS (3)
Double Bedroom – Double bed, and wardrobe, chest of drawers, bedside cabinet with table light.
Twin Bedroom – two 3 foot beds, wardrobe, bedside light and cabinet.
Bunk Bedroom – 3 foot bunk beds, wardrobe, and chest of drawers.
BATHROOM
The large shower room has a shaver point, heated towel rail, fan heater.
The bedroom hall way has a free night storage heater (12 pm to 6 pm approx).
The water is heated by emersion and the switch is situated on the wall next to the airing cupboard.
All rooms have mounted electric heaters.
Smoke alarm in hallway.
Duvet and pillows are provided for each bed but.
Linen hire per bed @£10. Bath Towels @2.00. Hand Towels @£1.50. each. to order them please add onto the booking form as we have to order them in.
