A comfortable detached bungalow approximately 100 metres from Holywell Bay Beach. The garden area is open plan to The Meadow site.
There is a sun porch/cloakroom. Entrance hall.
Parking is outside the porch door, to the side of the unit.
LOUNGE
The lounge has a three piece suite, coffee table, table light and glazed bookcase. Flat screen TV/DVD player. Books and a few DVDs.
KITCHEN
The L-shaped kitchen dining room has an electric cooker grill and hob, fridge, electric kettle and toaster, microwave, iron and ironing board. Dining table, six chairs and airing cupboard. Vacuum cleaner.
Electric is by meter, which is situated inside the tall cupboard next to the kitchen sink (£1 coins). Meter is set at just under the current price per unit by our supplier.
BEDROOMS (3)
Double bedroom – double bed, and wardrobe, chest of drawers, bedside cabinet with table light.
Twin bedroom – two 3ft beds, wardrobe, bedside light and cabinet.
Bunk bedroom – 3ft bunk beds, wardrobe, and chest of drawers.
BATHROOM
The shower room has a shower, toilet, sink, shaver point, heated towel rail and fan heater.
GENERAL
The bedroom hallway has a free night storage heater (12 pm to 6 pm approx).
The water is heated by immersion and the switch is situated on the wall next to the airing cupboard.
Smoke alarm in hallway.
Duvet and pillows are provided for each bed, but no linen.
Linen hire per bed £20. Bath towels £3.00 each. Hand towels £2.00. each. To order, please add to the booking form, as we have to order them in.

Electric gate to enter/exit the site. Key pad code for the gate will be provided on your arrival, or you can hire a key fob with a refundable bond of £30 on your departure.
Speed limit on site 5 mph.
