Sandscape, is one of the first accommodation chalets built in Holywell village. It is a basic older style 1940s timber chalet of the 1940s with external corrugated asbestos cladding (inspected by the council and it is safe).
Our chalets have the advantage of being a lot more spacious than a caravan.

LOUNGE
The lounge has a three piece suite, coffee table, dining table and chairs, table light, glazed bookcase, Flat screen TV/DVD player. Books and a few DVDs.
KITCHEN
The kitchen/dining room has an electric cooker, fridge, electric kettle and toaster, microwave, iron and ironing board. Vacuum Cleaner.
Electric is by meter, which is situated bye the kitchen/bathroom hall way (£1 coin). It is set at just under the current price per unit by our supplier.
BEDROOMS (3)
Bedroom 1 – double bed, wardrobe, chest of drawers, and bedside cabinet.
Bedroom 2 – two 3′ single beds, wardrobe, bedside light and cabinet.
Bedroom 3 – 3′ bunk beds, wardrobe, and chest of drawers.
BATHROOM
The shower room has a shower, toilet, sink, shaver point, heated towel rail, fan heater.
The water is heated by electric water heater by the sink.
GENERAL
All rooms have mounted electric heaters.
Smoke alarm in hallway.
Duvet and pillows are provided for each bed but no linen. Linen hire per bed £20. Bath towel hire £2.00 each. Hand towel hire £2.00 each. To order, please add onto the booking form as we have to order them in.
Parking is next to the back door.
Electric gate to enter/exit The Meadow at Holywell Bay. Key pad code for the gate will be provided on arrival, or you can hire a key fob with a refundable bond of £30 on your departure.
Speed limit on site 5 mph. Please drive slowly and carefully on site as children are playing and running in and out of places all the time.
