Seaside Beach Cottage is a comfortable link-detached bungalow in Holywell Bay.
Situated onsite at The Meadow Holiday Park – the garden area is open plan to the site. The site is bordered on one site by a stream which flows to Holywell Bay beach. The unit is located approximately 100 metres from the beach’s foredunes.
Parking next to the back door.
LOUNGE
Three piece suite, TV/DVD player, coffee table.
KITCHEN
The kitchen has a table and four chairs, fridge, electric cooker, microwave, electric kettle and toaster, iron and ironing board. Vacuum cleaner.
The £1 electric meter is situated in the top cupboard next to the sink. It is set at just under the current price per unit by our supplier.
BEDROOMS (2)
Bedroom 1: double bed, wardrobe, bedside cabinets, bedside lights and electric heating.
Bedroom 2: two single 2ft 6in divan beds, wardrobe, bedside light, chest of drawers and electric heating.
Duvet and pillows for each bed but NO LINEN. Linen hire £20 per bed. Bath towels £3.00 each. Hand towels £2.00. each. Please add onto the booking form if required.
BATHROOM
Shower over bath, sink, shaver point, toilet and heated towel rail.
GENERAL
Water is heated by immersion, the switch is situated on the right hand wall inside the airing cupboards.
Smoke alarm.
One small dog allowed but not in children’s holidays. Dog charge per week £40.
Electric gate to enter in and out of the site. Key pad with code for the gate will be given to you on your arrival or you can hire a key fob with a refundable bond of £30 on your departure.
Speed limit on site 5 mph.
